This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations or service-related payments made through our website or other channels.

1. Donations
All donations made to LT Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded, unless the donation was made in error (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts).

If you believe a donation was made by mistake or due to a technical error, please email us within 7 days of the transaction at contactus@lt-foundation.com with the payment receipt and reason for the refund request. Valid cases will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

2. Service Payments
Payments made for specific services (such as translation, graphic design, video editing, or training programs) are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced. However, in exceptional cases such as:

Duplicate payments

Technical or billing errors

Cancellation before the start of service

we may consider a full or partial refund. Requests must be raised within 7 days of payment and before service delivery begins.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
