along with Barista Training Academy introduced Barista Skilling programme for the first time in India for Persons with Disabilities to learn and get dignified and gainful work opportunities in the mainstream cafes and hospitalities.
This is a high skill hands-on programme for 45 days, that enables Persons with Neuro-Divergent and Physical Disabilities to learn hot and cold coffee beverages, espresso machine and grinder handling, order and POS management. We also train and equip individuals with Soft Skills, Customer Centricity and Mental Wellness.
On successful certification, we provide job placement in cafes/hospitality groups with a one month hand-holding post placement.
